Also this particular type of machine is very easy to use so even some one who is completely new to exercise will have no problems with using it. Plus as time goes by and a person's fitness levels improve they can use this machine to increase the intensity of their work out session. It also provides them with the chance to increase how much resistance they use in order to make the muscles in their legs and arms work much harder.

Not only does this piece of equipment take up very little space it also is a much more comfortable way to exercise compared to either using a treadmill or elliptical trainer. Although it has been around for more than 40 years it has only been in the last few years that other fitness experts have suddenly come to realize that this piece of exercise equipment is beneficial to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness levels as well as their well being.
