it helps a little, I think

I liked the idea of using a natural carb blocker that only uses white kidney bean extract as there are supposed to be no side effects. I think this product played a small role in my weight loss program. Problem is I was taking other weight loss products while I took these and when you do take these its not like you feel a jolt of energy or anything like that. I've been trying to lose a chunk of weight over the past year without making much progress. I tried the strict low carb diet thing and even when I was able to stick to it, I saw little results if that.

Started taking this product, still on the low carb diet, and also take Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder since it helps with energy and is supposed to raise fat burning levels. Well, I still have a long way to go but 3 weeks and 7 pounds later is a success as far as I'm concerned. I will continue to take these products and exercise three times a week. Trying to get away from the low carb thing but will stay on it for the time being if I can stand it.

This product does not suppress your appetite in any form or fashion however if you remember to take it before meals it will move those carbs right through your system. I have not lost any weight but I would not blame the tablets for my lack of discipline.

I really like the white kidney bean extract. I've been able to stay on track weight-wise even during slips in my diet. I don't think it would be a miracle weight loss solution for those unwilling to make other lifestyle changes, but this is a good addition to a diet plan.

I tried it and did not get that bloat after eating carbs. I was down a pound next day. Forgot to take it and it was immediately back to normal. Recommended by Dr OZ but disappointed for long term effects

I take this before eating any carbs and it keeps weight down. It has no side effects for me at all, and seems to be doing the job it's intended to do.
