Great so far, impressive at appetite control

I grabbed these to try on a whim, I'm a 24 year old momma who is trying to lose about 10 pounds and get back into running condition. But I despise running in the cold and its too cold here in far northern Michigan for me to work out anywhere but my livingroom for now. I bought these with the hope it will give me a weightloss boost while going into spring.
I normally am rather ravenous for indudgent foods right before and during my period, no matter what I do. But I started taking these when my period started and much to my surprise, I haven't felt hungry in the slightest. If I didn't set reminders for myself, I'd completely forget to eat. Which makes it easier to stick with whole and healthy foods sense I've been feeling no cravings for chocolate cake 
So far, I totally recommend them.

I bought these on clearance for about $5 a bottle and figured if it didn't work no problem, it was only $5. I have been taking them for almost 3 weeks, have lost 7 pounds and feel really energetic. I was a little bit jittery for the first 3 days, but I also never drink caffeine, once my body got used to the caffeine it resolved. I don't know how well the weight would stay off, I just started an exercise routine as well 2 days ago, so it will be interesting to see how much weight I lose once its combined. I do definitely notice a loss of appetite, which is great as I really tend to overeat, it makes eating several small meals a day very easy!
Yerba Mate pills are the bom!

I bought these on clearance at GMC for about $11 a bottle and figured if it didn't work no problem,is only $11. I been spending more and product that cost more and don't even work. I have been taking yerba mate for last moth 1/2, have lost 13 pounds and feel really energetic. I don't know how well the weight would stay off, so it will be interesting to see how much weight I lose eating healthier,also in combine with the pills I take in the afternoon a cup of yerba mate te adelgazante. I do definitely notice a loss of appetite,so I have to remind my self to eat so I made a plan to have a healthier breakfast my pills, either good luch or dinner I prefer not to have a dinner and it has work just fine for me, I'm 100% satisfied with this product it work like a champion. I also view the history of yerba mate on you tube and is not only for loss weight, it has several Curative properties such Antioxidants,Cancer,Lipid metabolism,axiety and depression. Indians used Yerba Mate not only due to the beverage's taste but also and mainly because they knew its virtues, chiefly an increased resistance to fatigue and its thirst and hunger mitigation powers.I strongly recomend this product.

I bought these to give me energy and burn fat. In turn, they made me buzzed and hyper for the first few days and totally suppressed my…to the point of forgetting to eat all day. That's not my goal; I eat 6 meals a day to keep my metabolism high. I did, however, enjoy the energy because I didn't have to drink coffee or take a nap!

I honestly can't tell if the pill is working or not. I will definitely have to post an update after using it for a couple of weeks. I am always trying to find something that will help in assisting with my weight loss. I have tried everything and not a single thing works. I bought Yerba Mate Power-Burn diet pills on Saturday 1/14 and took my first dose that afternoon. Today is Monday and I have dropped a total of 2 lbs. In addition to taking the pills i have also been on a under 1000 calorie diet and did 106 minutes of cardio on sunday. So i am not sure if i shocked my body or if the pills are actually working. I will have to keep you posted.

ive only been taking this for a few days, and have not yet steped back on the scale, but i have noticed that it causes me to burp and run to the restroom. yet it does a great job of keeping me wake and focused. will update tis after istep on the scale.
