Six Reasons Why You Sweat Too Much And What To Do About It

by Victor Loentzo

Man and woman struggling with excessive sweating are suffering from a serious problem. Excessive sweating often limits people's lives because we do our best to protect ourselves from being reviled as excessive sweaters. In the continuing article I will examine six of the most common reasons why some sweat too much.

*Some diets often cause excessive sweating. I am not referring to diets like a program, but to the different things you eat. Strong spices often cause excessive sweating. A healthy diet will help you a lot on your way toward less sweaty armpits.

*Caffeine, sugar and other ingredients you typically find in sodas or energy drinks are designed by nature to give you more energy. The energy supplied by these types of beverages will result in a higher blood pressure that again will lead to an increased level of sweating. Even though a cold drink or a coffee might sound refreshing, you now know the consequences.

*Smoking is an excessive sweaters worst enemy. The toxins and poisons found in cigarettes will irritate your body, causing you to sweat more. Cigarettes will also increase your metabolism rate the same way as sugar and caffeine.

*Chemicals in skin care and anti sweat products like antiperspirant is not good for those of us with excessive sweating. The chemicals fill up the pores in your body, making it hard for it to breathe. Excessive use of unnatural soap or lotions also increases excessive sweating.

*Breathing clothes is important to stay dry. It is important to use breathing material like cotton and stay away from materials like polyester or acrylic. Cotton socks are one of the secrets here. If it is cold where you live, wool is a very good alternative. It is hotter, but it works even better than cotton to keep you dry.

*Your mind might at the end be your worst enemy. When you focus on that you are sweating or that you are in a situation where you hope you won't break a sweat, you probably will. Stay positive and focus on something else. Focusing on your sweat problem will only make it worse.

There are several cures for excessive sweating. Most of these will not help you and some will even make it worse. A favorite of mine is detoxing as I have referred to several time during this article. You have both internal detoxing in terms of removing strong spices, coffee, cigarettes, alcohol and sugar from your diet. This I think is the toughest way.

External detoxing is the process of changing the way you clean your body. This includes changing your beauty and washing products as well as some other methods I have had great success with. The external detoxing, together with some of the other mentioned advices is what helped me stop sweating excessively.
