More people are forced to work a greater number of days in a week because working days are getting longer. Some people even bring their work home even if they finish work late. Understand How To Get Out Of Body

Have you ever seen yourself float out of your own body during sleep and then suddenly woken up? You may have thought it to be a strange dream but it might well have been the beginning of an out of body experience and you could be termed as being extremely lucky to have felt the sensation momentarily which thousands of people try to induce on themselves. The fourth stage of freedom is where the real out of body experience is enjoyed. After the initial inertia and a tendency to get pulled back into the body, your astral body starts moving freely once a certain distance is covered. Watching your own body from a distance can be an eerie but out of the world experience and you travel to higher planes and realms.

The last phase of the out of body experience consists of the re-entry of one's free force. Most of the time the individual's sudden anxiety regarding return, after he has traveled too far away from the body, results in a sudden pull-in, or sucking in or a sudden awakening from the experience. On the contrary it may also happen that instead of such suddenness, the re-entry is slow and gradual with a feeling of awakening from a deep trance.

When a person passes into the realm of dreams with full consciousness and complete awareness of oneself, the phenomenon is known as lucid dreaming.
