How To Prepare For A Clairvoyance Test

Clairvoyance is an ability which is often considered to be among the most fascinating of paranormal abilities, with many having dedicated their careers to its study. One of the results of the research which has been done into clairvoyance is the development of a clairvoyance test which those who suspect that they may have this ability can take.

As with other paranormal abilities, there is a lot of controversy surrounding the topic of clairvoyance. There are people on both sides, equally convinced of its reality or its lack thereof. Those who have used the ability themselves, obviously, are certain that it is a real phenomenon; and many others are curious about it, either having seen clairvoyance in action or have an inkling that they may be clairvoyant themselves.

One problem is that relatively few people genuinely understand clairvoyance. This ability is essentially an additional sense which permits those who possess it to gain knowledge of the future or past without experiencing it with their physical senses. This knowledge usually comes as a mental picture or as sounds only audible to the clairvoyant.

There are those who say that clairvoyance is an ability which only a few possess. However, it seems more likely that nearly everyone innately has this capacity, but that few develop it. The ability tends to be stronger in children – but adults usually discourage these abilities, considering this clairvoyant knowledge to be imaginary. As a result, the ability is allowed to atrophy like a disused muscle.

Thankfully, through some training and a clairvoyance test program, many people can regain those abilities. Some will be more capable that others, depending on the person and the level of dedication they give to the program, but almost everyone who focuses on regaining the ability will do so to some extent.

The essential beginning phase of any clairvoyance test is to develop your mind with the goal of accessing your latent clairvoyance. Meditation is among the most effective methods of awakening the subconscious mind and allowing this ability to be used.

As you progress in learning about your paranormal abilities, you will set up many different variations of the clairvoyance test. You will test your ability to focus and listen to the universe around you. You will test how it communicates to you, whether you see or hear it. Most likely you will test your abilities with tarot cards, dream interpretation, reading palms, or scrying.

While becoming a clairvoyant is something which everyone has the capacity to do, developing your abilities to this extend takes considerable effort and involves a significant amount of time. You will most likely want to use books on the subject and practice your abilities with others who are working to develop their clairvoyance. Like learning any new skill, this can be a challenge and this process is a much smoother one when you have some assistance and experienced guides.

One of the things you will very likely do as you practice your paranormal abilities is to periodically take a clairvoyance test given to you by those who are guiding you on your path towards fulfilling your full potential. This is something which will become an important part of your clairvoyance training and is a regular event for everyone who uses this natural ability.

Mind Power- How Powerful is the Human Brain?

Are you someone who strongly believes in mind power? Because I do and I believe that with proper usage of mind power we can be successful.

It is no wonder that there are many people that are very unhappy with their life status; not contented with what they have and where they are right now. These can be in many different factors for example, financially unstable, unemployment, unserious relationship and many other failures.

It would be useless if you argue with this people who complain about many things in their life, talking with their consecutive failures and so many misfortunes. It seems that it is the end of the world for them and they will never be successful like other entrepreneurs or business men/women.

If they only know how to trust their mind and instinct they can get rid of these misfortunes. It would only be a matter of belief, trust, inspiration and support from their loved ones. I know for some that are already contented for simple things that they can have however if they open their minds they can still hold much things as much as they expect, more than of what they are already receiving.

To start with, let us know and understand what mind power is. This is actually the ability of the person to use their minds to be successful. It is their inner power that they use to be reaching their desires in life. They have properly set and motivated themselves to do something for their success and never stop until they accomplish it.

After knowing what you want, focus on that dream and concentrate. Know the needs of that dream and work on that. Do not give up or lose hope if during your first tries there will be imperfections.

Another must know for mind power is to stay focus on your goal. You have to follow a direction and it must be pointing towards your goal. Avoid any circumstances that can affect your motivation. You should know how to control things and must have enough power prevent any conflicts and temptations. One way of being successful is to keep your mind working all the time. Do not think that everything is easy, they may be simple but things will start complicated if you do not know how to manage it. Without proper management, you will lose and you can never be successful. Remember that great things start from small beginnings so learn to start from the very simple thing.

Successful entrepreneurs' became truly successful because of hard work and effort. Inspire yourself from their achievements and think positive that someday you will be like them. If you know what kind of attitude to observe while you are on the process of becoming an achiever? In time you will be jumping for joy for all the blessings.

There are many people unfortunately let negative attitudes rule them, this is because they lack concentration and motivation. They also have lots of distractions that become a conflict to their dream. Believe me, if you don't know how to resist temptation and distraction you will never achieve anything.

Lastly, there are no secrets behind mind power. This comes natural to every person. Remember that it is all in your mind so dream big and live happily. Great things will be on your way just use the power of your mind.

How to Improve Your Health Using Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a practice that essentially involves focusing the mind on the present moment. Mindfulness allows you to become aware of, without judgment of your thoughts and actions that are happening in the here and now. Because it breaks the common chronic negative thinking many people experience, it relaxes the body, improves mood, decreases stress, and enhances immune system functioning.

During the last 30 years, Mindfulness Meditation has been increasingly utilized by doctors and psychologists to help alleviate several physical and psychological conditions.

Researchers at the University of Wisconsin conducted a study to determine the underlying physiological changes that happen during mindfulness meditation. The physiological changes that occur and are associated with this practice have not been fully explored.

Researchers conducted a controlled study of its effect on immune system function and the brain, of a widely used 8 week training program in mindfulness meditation.

The study measured brain electrical activity before and immediately after, and then 4 months after the training program concluded. Twenty-five subjects were tested in the meditation group. A wait-list control group was tested at the same points in time as the meditating group. At the end of the 8-week period, subjects in both groups were given a flu vaccine.

The study found for the first time significant increases activation in the left side of the brain, a pattern known to exert a positive effect, among the people who meditate compared with those who don't. It also found significant increases in antibody titers to influenza vaccine among subjects in the meditation group compared with those in the wait-list control group. Finally, the magnitude of increase in left-sided brain activation corresponded with the size of the antibody level increase to the vaccine.

The scientists noted that these findings indicated a short program in mindfulness meditation produces demonstrable effects on brain and immune function. They also suggest that meditation changes brain and immune function in positive ways and underscore the need for more research.

Four Different Mental States Binaural Beats Can Help You Achieve

You may be aware that using binaural beats allows you to obtain various states of mind. This is achieved by "tuning" your brain into various frequencies. Once your brain is focused on these various frequencies, it's easier to achieve the state of mind you are looking to achieve such as relaxation, thinking positively, increased memory, better focus, and more.

Over time, it has been studied by scientists that different states of mind are related to different frequencies. For example, if you were to tune your brain to a frequency of about 9 to 14 Hz (Hertz is the number of changes per minute), this would be related to a relaxed state, or a state where you are reflecting on something. What binaural beats allow you to do is to achieve this type of mental state. Not to mention, putting yourself into the brainwave state you want is easy with just a CD or MP3 player.

One of the questions you may be asking yourself is how someone's mind can become "tuned in" to a frequency. To achieve this result, two different sounds (one in each ear) can be played at similar (but different) Hertz. For instance, in the case of binaural beats, one tone could be played at 50 Hz in one ear and at 55 Hz in the other ear. What this creates is a "difference" of 5 Hz, which creates the binaural beat. This beat then creates the state of mind that your mind can tune into.

There are four different categories that are used when discussing the different states. They are called theta, delta, beta, and alpha. You may have heard some of these names before, and they are commonly used when discussing binaural beats.

The first frequency range is within the 13 Hz to 25 Hz range and helps achieve a state of alertness and also helps reduce anxiety and stress. This is the beta frequency range.

Next are the alpha frequencies. These frequencies range from 8 Hz to 12 Hz. Positive thinking and the ability to improve your learning can occur within this range. In addition, it also causes a state of slight relaxation.

Theta frequencies are in the range between 4 Hz to 7 Hz. In this range, a different set of benefits can be discovered. These benefits will help with deeper relaxation (which makes them great for meditating), increasing your memory, and increasing your focus.

The final category is called the delta range. These frequencies are primarily responsible for deeper sleep, increased immune functions, and lucid dreaming.

It is clear to see that using binaural beats in the different ranges can create a huge number of mental states, resulting in a number of advantages for those who give them a try.

Are you ready to improve your life and are searching for the top rated binaural beat files to use on a CD, PC or MP3 player? Take a look at our brainwave mp3 web site!
