Why Do You Need To Be Mentally Tough?

by Bill Havens

Nobody ever said that mental toughness would be easy. Handle it the way champions do. Concentrate on what you must do to be successful. Get it together and just do it. Excuses do not count. Either do it or don't. It is that simple.

You must win the mental battle if you really want to reach you goal. There are times when you would rather be elsewhere doing something more exciting. You must win the mental battle.

Most people do not compete hard enough or push themselves to their limits. They give up too easily. The true winners push themselves to see how far they can go. Vince Lombadi said, "Mental toughness is spartanism with the qualities of sacrifice, self-denial, and dedication. It is fearlessness, and it is love.

If you want to win so badly that you can not stand losing you will practice, work hard and sacrifice. And you develop the habit of doing it every day. As long as you are willing to pay the price for success, you will succeed.

When you have pride you are willing to put in the time and work harder. You are paying the price which will bring success. When you reach that point you will find that nothing succeeds like success.

When pride and morale are lacking so is true motivation. People in this situation are in the habit of losing. If this was an athletic team they would certainly be losing. It doesn't matter what kind of players they are. We are talking about a losing habit.

If you are content with the best you have done, you will never be the best you can be. You must change your present thought processes.

There are times when you lose. Even champions do so on occasion. When you lose, lose with pride. Winners have a strong mental attitude which refuses to let them give up. Even if you lose – never give up and quit.

by Aaron Lilly

Mole does makes you look very pretty and they can be beauty spots which makes you different from the rest, do make a note that its mole and not moles. When they are in a bunch they look very ugly which makes you hide behind someone or cover them by makeup.

Moles are very common and can appear anywhere on the body. Moles are skin cells overgrowth; cells appear as cluster rather than spreading over the skin. Moles can be caused by age, skin exposure to sun, hormonal disorders and in some cases can be hereditary as well.

The appearance of moles can be at anytime, at birth or they can appear gradually with time. They can be of any color and can vary in shape and size. The color of the moles can vary from skin colored or may be brown to black. Most of the moles are just skin overgrowth and are not harmful. Moles when are itching may look suspicious to develop into melanoma and such moles has to be removed as they may be cancerous.

Genetic disorders or exposure to the sun can be the reason for moles. Moles can turn into skin cancer. The reason for skin cancer is because of the excess production of the pigment called melanocytes in our skin. When melanocytes are produced abnormally then moles appear and when these moles are formed into clusters there are chances of melanoma which is the cause for skin cancer.

Dermatologist is the person whom you can contact to clear the doubts about moles and their appearance. There are three different surgical methods to remove moles; these methods will depend on the size, shape and color of your mole. They remove the moles by stitching the skin, excision of moles by burning them and penetrating the Laser beam into the skin and removing the mole from the root – these are the three treatments prescribed by the dermatologists.

Surgery for mole removal has become very common. The moles are put under knife by the dermatologist and are charged on an average of $125 per visit. In this type of surgery, the skin surrounding the mole is also removed to avoid the risk of melanoma. All the surgical procedures leave bandages for you to remember the mole removal and the pain or the stitches and burn will leave scars which will take long time to heal.

hair stylings tip for fine hair

by Stephen Lambbert

If you have fine or thinning hair you might feel it is difficult to find a hair style that suits you. A trip to a barber or hairdresser can be a source of distress.

It is important that you can discuss your fine or thinning hair and the style you want with the person cutting it and not feel any embarrassment or distress.

For men, the most sensible and easiest style is a short, clean cut. One of the worst mistakes a guy can make with thinning or fine hair is to grow it long, spike it or jell it. These accentuate the thinning hair and draw attention to it.

And in no circumstances attempt the dreaded 'comb over' by growing your hair at the sides and the back long and combing over the fine or receding areas.

This will almost definitely bring unwanted attention and highlight what you are trying to conceal.

Dyeing the hair lighter will nearly always help by reducing level of contrast between the hair and scalp. Of course, if you have a darker scalp then a darker colour would be better.

There are also a vast range of thickening shampoos and conditioners that add volume to the hair and are less likely to break and damage the already weakened follicle.

It is also advisable not to let fine or thinning hair get too greasy.

For women, chin length cuts are recommended by most stylists. Again, attention and emphasis will be on the features, face and neck, rather than the hair.

As is similar for men, hair that is too long will make the hair appear weaker and thinner than it actually is.. Curling irons and straighteners should be avoided as they can seriously damage hair.

A shortish 'bobb' type cut with the hair brushed behind the ears is of the trendiest current looks and can do wonders to add volume to hair, especially if the hair is layered correctly at the back.

Extensions are an absolute no-no and will add stress to an already weakened hair follicle. As distressing as fine and thinning hair can be there are different styles that can benefit you.

Help Save My Marriage

by Albert Wellsom

How Can I Save My Marriage? Many partners find themselves asking this question, during their wedded lives, at some point or the other. The room for improvement is always an ever-present space to almost all kinds of relationships especially with married partners even though they may already find their marriage as strong as it is. The single means towards keeping your marriage as lively as it may seem is to do all or most of the things that you need for the relationship to work out hand in hand. Some easy things to consider that will help you and your partner work through your issues are:

Recognize the Problem

Analyze the problem threadbare and discuss it frankly with your spouse. This can tougher than you think, as this requires some amount of self-analysis. We may not always like what we see but by recognizing it, especially with your partner, is the first step to fixing things in your marriage.

Communication

Almost any successful relationships take pride with an open and interactive communication. Perhaps your lives have gotten hectic with work and kids and family obligations. It is imperative that you keep aside some time, as a daily routine to sit down and communicate with your partner. Honesty with yourself and each other is also a major ingredient. The fundamental thing is to make time to work on communication because we can all benefit from trying to become a better listener and support to our partners. The only means to achieve success going to that particular destination is to communicate effectively.

Respect

The esteem, with which you treat one another, is another important ingredient. Is fighting with each other already a part of your daily routine? Do you often swear, call each other names and point fingers at each other as if its just the most natural thing to do in your relationship? candidly, it is not difficult to reach that place, when things are not looking too bright between the two of you. Previous damages inflicted in your relationship can still be easily repaired once you have high respect with one another which is truly a big thing in any relationships. Think back to when you met your spouse and how you treated one another from the beginning – how have things changed?

Work on attachment and affection

When marriage tends to face the tough times it is often resulted to the lost of such huge aspects of relationship which are the connection and intimacy with each other. Find time to be affectionate with each other once more, and this can be really helpful. Sex activity is another marital harmony restorer as it encourages physical and mental closeness once again. It may be awkward to think about sexual intimacy if you're having trouble with your relationship, however, if you see to it that you have time to be close with each other, then you can somehow bring back the moments that have spiced up your life. Overall saving a marriage is tough work but it can be done if both spouses are committed to making it work.

Natural Facial Skin Care Taken to the Next Dimension

by Celia Spiers

Natural facial skin care in Hollywood is vital for the actresses and models who want to extend their careers beyond the age of 40. The entertainment industry is constantly searching for health and beauty secrets and they always find them first before the rest of the world know anything about them.

There is no shortage of assets when it comes their way and because of this open check policy the suppliers make a bee line straight for this elite circle. Only the finest products get in through these hallowed halls. The clients are sharp and at the top of their profession. Only positive results will measure up.

Rumors travel at the speed of light in these corridors of lasting beauty and nothing is missed by the trained eyes of the beauticians. They are the elite of the natural facial skin care observatory.

More drastic methods like injection or surgery are available but most people rotate towards a more natural way of maintaining their appearance and aloe vera is often the preferred choice. This wonderful plant has so many things to offer the human body including remedies for problems in the digestive system, a boost for the immune system and a cure for nasty problems like acne and eczema.

Used on a daily basis is can put back time with its anti aging ability and should be your first stop for natural wrinkle prevention. It was traditionally used by older generations as a burn remedy. Just split open a 2 inch tip from the Barbadensis Miller Aloe Vera plant and spread the sticky contents over a blister or burn for instant relief. A stream of nutrients also aid the healing process.

Contact with air reduces the power of aloe vera so when creams or lotions are applied locally in a natural facial skin care treatment most of the nutrients have oxidized and are usually mostly depleted. This exposure increases when it is applied to the face. How to convert the power of the plant into a remedy has been difficult.

Aloe vera was used widely in Egypt when it was a mighty empire and many claims are made that Cleopatra used it as a beauty aid. In a dry hot desert natural facial skin care would have been essential. She probably ate it. It has a laxative effect in its raw state and having the runs would not coincide with royal dignity! Surely the wise beauticians knew how to solve this problem. Perhaps with binders added. Who knows?

Now 3000 years later a new method has been discovered so that all the nutrient factor remains. The secret is spreading out gradually. The healing power of aloe vera is now very much within the control of the medical profession in a pill with a pharmaceutical standard attached to it. Ingested (swallowed) it provides an infusion of nutrients to the digestive system and this great natural power can then get to work from the inside. Not just skin deep. Nail and hair condition will visibly improve and the skin soon takes on a natural vibrant glow as a new pliancy develops. It would be difficult to find a cosmetic counter without the name aloe vera on some of the products so you know that its power is widely regarded. You can now take your natural facial skin care to the next level with the truly wondrous qualities of aloe vera.
