Stay away from gossiping. Take criticism too. You can\'t grow and develop if you cannot take feedback. Taking only compliments and ignoring criticism will only hamper your professional growth. If the criticism is coming from a valuable person or a reputed senior, you have got to take it into account and work on the same too.
